WORKSHOP OFFERINGS

In this workshop the team will understand the different learning disabilities they may have in their classroom. We will discuss the scope of teaching required and I will then provide the skills and strategies that allow every student to learn to their full potential.

In this workshop, the team will learn to implement effective strategies to grow and strengthen the executive functioning skills of all students.  Executive function skills help learners to engage at school, develop independent study skills,  and manage their own behavior. Increasing these skills will have a considerable impact on mental health and self-esteem.

As Dwight D. Eisenhower once said, “Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.” Establishing a healthy organizational culture is how leaders get things done.

When a culture is strong, it leads to motivated employees and a high-performing school. A strong culture leads to ongoing involvement and participation by staff, and will greatly increase student success.

In this workshop, we will work to create strategies for leaders to assume this responsibility with confidence. We will implement steps that can help guide leaders and teams along a journey to establish the culture they want.

You believed in someone enough to hire them, now let's invest in guiding them through their first year of teaching in your school.

This workshop is adjusted to fit each school’s philosophy and core values.  The intention is to increase teacher retention by giving them the tools they need to thrive in the classroom.

Children learn best when they are supported by all adults in their lives. We will improve student success in this parent workshop by supplying parents with simple strategies to support their students at home.
